• Emergency contact name and phone number
• Competition category and t-shirt size
• Payment information (processed by payment provider – we do not store card data)

Purpose of processing:

• Event administration and organisation
• Event-related communication
• Race timing and results publication
• Participant medical safety
• Legal compliance and fiscal obligations

Who we share data with:

• MyRace – timing system (competition data only)
• On-site medical team (emergency contact and health data only)
• Payment provider (AllSecure/Monri) – for payment processing
• NetRačuni – for fiscal receipt generation

Your rights:

Data retained for 5 years in accordance with legal obligations

Right to access, correct and delete your data
