HIIT & RUN HYBRID RACE combines functional fitness and running into one complete race format. Ten stations. One loop. One finish line.
This race is for anyone who wants to find out what they are capable of. You don’t need to be an athlete. You need to show up, push through, and prove to yourself that it can be done. Because it can.
Ten functional stations. One 600 m running loop between each. A 200 m sprint to the finish. The same course for every athlete — your time is the only thing that separates you.

However you race — solo, paired, or as a team — the course is the same. Your effort decides the rest.
