Refund and Transfer Policy

All entries are non-refundable. The organiser does not issue refunds except in the event of event cancellation by the organiser.

Entry transfer to another person:

• Up to 30 days before the event: free transfer
• From 30 to 14 days before the event: transfer permitted subject to a €10 administrative fee
• Within 14 days of the event: no changes permitted

Cancellation by the organiser:

• In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered a transfer to the next edition or a refund at the organiser’s discretion.
• The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.
